Regulator Tow Away Corp handles all of your parking enforcement needs. Each property has different needs and we cater to each property individually. If there is a vehicle, truck, or tractor-trailer abandoned on your property, marked for sale, blocking your dumpsters, unregistered, or parked overnight, we will remove these unwanted vehicles from the premises immediately. We do not go onto the property unless the property manager or authorized representative contacts our office to remove a specific unauthorized vehicle. If requested, we are available to check your properties as well. Some properties have parking problems at certain times of the day or evening hours. If needed, we are available to check your properties for such problems at the times the issues occur.

Before removing any unauthorized vehicle from your properties, we photograph the vehicle to prove the validity of the tow. Once a vehicle is towed, our driver brings it to the local police department and reports that we have possession of the vehicle, and then fills out all of the proper forms. After the police have all of the required information, the vehicle is then towed to our 24-hour secured storage facility. All impounds are done in accordance with state, federal, and local laws and guidelines.

When the vehicle owner contacts our office an appointment is scheduled for the customer to pick up the car. At the time of pick up, we require a valid photo id, proof of ownership and current registration, and insurance. Once we validate that the person redeeming the vehicle is the vehicle owner and has all of the required documentation, the vehicle is released from impound. All charges are billed directly to the vehicle owner. There is no cost to the property owner. We also supply and install all signage at no charge.

 

When a vehicle is redeemed, the customer must sign a form holding us, as well as the property, harmless from any and all future liability that may arise out of the impounding of said vehicle.
